Library Card

To receive a Garrison Library card, please come into the library and fill out an application:

1. You must apply in person

2. You must fill out an application 

        You can pick one up at the library OR click here to download

3. You must have a current photo ID and proof of residence (current statement/bill)

       (A PO box is not a sufficient address)

4. Children under 14 must have parent signature

       To have their own library card, children must be able to read and write, otherwise they will be on parent's card at parent's discretion.

5. All children under 18 must have parent approval for computer use and DVD check out

Upon approval you will be issued a barcoded library card. It will be used for all library transactions.
